MY NATURAL HAIR JOURNEY

Hello Jewels and welcome back to another blog post.
On today's post I will be talking about my natural hair and how I was able to get it to 14inches.
Let's just say I never put any chemicals or relaxer in my hair so my hair has always been natural. It just never seemed to grow how I wanted it to because I kept putting heat in my hair every single day without heat protector. Which caused my hair to have a lot of heat damage as I wanted my hair to blend well with my weaves. It came to a point I was just like, 'its time to invest in some wigs and leave my natural hair alone'.
Before, I really started the process of taking care of my hair; I had to start by cutting off all my heat damage and split ends so that it gave my hair the chance to actually grow. Trust me it hurt to see myself, cut my hair but I knew it would one day be a blessing.

For the past year or so, I have been wearing wigs non stop, which stopped me from looking at my hair thinking 'why isn't it growing' and putting a bunch of unnecessary products in my hair. Whilst under the wig I just braided it up washed it every 3 - 4 weeks with the products from the Crème of Nature Line. As well as oiled it with Jamaican Black Castor Oil once a week.

Due to me just leaving my hair alone, it allowed my hair to grow thick and healthy to point where its at a comfortable length for me to wear it naturally. I still want my hair to grow longer probably to about under my breast, so I will keep up with this regime to get the results I desire.
TIP OF THE YEAR:
If you want your natural 4c hair to grow and be healthy then LEAVE IT ALONE, OIL IT ONCE A WEEK & WASHED EVERY 4 WEEKS. You will see the results.
Hope enjoyed this post. Until next time
Don't forget you're beautiful xoxo
Philicia
